Why should I Pre-Order?

As you will appreciate some lines sell out faster than others, in some cases a line can actually sell out before it ever arrives at our warehouse. This often happens when we are allocated a stock line by our suppliers or we receive a sudden late surge of orders.  As we operate a ‘first come first served’ ordering system, it is those people who have placed the pre-orders with us who will receive the stock.

Occasionally the manufacturer may decide to stagger our shipment so that we receive the product in three or four waves rather than one.  In that case it is the customers who have placed a pre-order who receive the stock from the early shipment.

Pre-Ordered items are always dispatched by us immediately upon arrival of the stock line in the warehouse so allowing you the opportunity to be first to market with the product and giving you the opportunity to capture new business before your competition.

When you place a pre-order you do not have to pay for the order until it is ready to ship. We do not tie up your funds by requesting any type of payment in advance.

We will contact you when the goods arrive in our warehouse and will never charge your card or send the products to you until we have confirmed the order with you.

We understand that over time circumstances change and that you may need to increase or decrease your orders. Please be aware that pre-orders can be cancelled at anytime without any obligation to you as the retailer.
