Gargoyle Distribution is a UK based wholesale distributor, we sell a wide range of new and closeout toys and collectables to retailers in the UK and beyond.

How to Order

Shopping with Gargoyle Distribution is simple, safe & 100% secure.

I am a member of the public, if I want to buy an item from you what do I do?

As a wholesale distributor we deal exclusively with other businesses, we do not sell to private individuals. However if you're having trouble finding a product that we supply please drop us an e-mail and we will try to put you in touch with a retailer that can help.

How do I open an account?

Simply complete the online registration form by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab on the Top Menu. Fill in all of the required fields before pressing submit. Once we have received your application, one of our account managers will call you back to discuss your new account, and hopefully get you set up with a retailers account straight away. Alternatively you can ring us directly on 01480 435140 and speak to one of our friendly account managers in person.

How do I order through the Website?

Once your account has been set up, we will send you your personal login details via email. This will allow you to view the wholesale prices and also use our Online Order facility.  Online orders can always benefit from an extra discount which your account handler will be able to tell you about.

Can I order by Phone?

Our dedicated account managers have in depth product knowledge and would be delighted to answer any questions you may have or even take your order over the phone.

Can I order by Email?

Please send all email orders to either sales@gargoyledistribution.com or to your allocated account manager's direct email address if known.

Can I order by Fax?

Please send all faxed orders to +44 (0)1480 273999.

What about Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Prices quoted on our website are non-inclusive of VAT.  VAT will automatically be added at a rate of 17.5% on all orders unless we have been provided with a European VAT number in which case you are exempt.

 

Delivery

What is your minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size but orders below a set level incur a carriage charge. Both the level and charge are dependent upon the delivery address.

When will I get my order?

We operate a next day delivery on all orders providing we receive your order before midday. We do not normally deliver on weekends or bank holidays though this can be organised with a surcharge.

How much is Carriage in the Mainland UK?

A £6.95 carriage charge will be added onto all orders with a total value less than £250.00 net of VAT.  All orders with a value greater than this will be shipped free of charge.

How much is Carriage to the Rest of the World?

We have a range of discounted rates set up based on basic cost of sending orders out to the various countries.  This rate will be set up on activation of your account and you will be able to see the rate online.

 

Payment

Can I have a Credit Account?

We do not offer credit accounts and so require pre-payment on all orders before dispatch.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

We accept most forms of credit card and are happy to accept payment without placing a surcharge on your order.

Can I pay by Cheque?

We accept payment by cheque but will need to wait for the cheque to clear before goods can be dispatched.

Can I pay by Transfer?

We are happy to receive payment by transfer please e-mail or fax us confirmation of all payments so we can correctly allocate the funds.  Please note that customers are responsible for any additional bank charges.

 

Customer Service

How do I Complain?

We pride ourselves on giving you the very best customer service available. Unfortunately we are only human and sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens then we welcome your feedback, please help us to improve by calling us or e-mailing us at info@gargoyledistribution.com

Can I return goods?

All purchases are a firm sale, and therefore we do not operate a sale or return facility unless previously agreed.   All invoice errors, packing errors, shortages or damages should be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, please contact your account manager for authorization, all returns will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
